[dropcap]Google Allo Google’s messaging apps that have evolved; most of us now rely on four or five staple messaging apps. WhatsApp is there occupying our family and office groups, Facebook Messenger for most of our friends, even as some of us are exploring Snapchat, or the secret chats on Telegram with end-to-end encryption or WeChat or Line with a bit of Slack at work. The list is endless and Google’s Allo joins this crowded world, but with one awesome feature: Google Assistant.Google Allo  [/dropcap]

Allo was announced along with Duo, an app for quick and simple video chat, at this year’s Google I/O, as apps designed to enhance its messaging capabilities. This doesn’t mean that Hangouts is going away – it is multi-platform, unlike Allo and Duo, which are mobile-only. But according to Fulay, Allo and Duo are more focused on personal communications, compared to Hangouts.

The centerpiece of Allo is the Google Assistant, which will be a big part of Android moving  forward. It offers useful information and links using contextual information and natural language queries. For example, you can ask “where i’m?” then it’ll instantly send you your exact location, talking more on that it also access all your google app to get information you need like if you wanna see your photographs of birthday party just write “photos of birthday party”.

Allo is a smarter messaging app, with machine intelligence and our natural language processing advances from search and  Smart reply – which we first built for Inbox gives real time suggestions to quickly reply to a message based on your responses, and it learns over time.”explains Fulay.

Signing into Google Allo is as simple as on Google Duo. All you need is a phone number, and yes you can sync your Google account with this as well — recommended if you’re planning to use the Google Assistant gets all your contacts as much like all other chat apps.

Allo also has an interesting feature called whisper and shout – means, you can change the size of text or emoji – holding the send button reveals a slider that allows you to easily change the size of text or emoji by sliding it up and down. You can emphasise posts (shout) by sliding up to make them bigger, or make them small (whisper) by sliding down – it’s a small thing but it adds a bit of flavour to the messaging – you could show your excitement or anger with a shout, or make a sarcastic joke but keep it in a small font so people know you’re not really serious. Apple has added similar features to iMessage with iOS 10.

Unlike Whatsapp , Allo is not encrypted, though there is the option to enter into incognito mode , where chats are encrypted, and there is an expiry timer to chats so they disappear after a set time limit.

The Application is from now officially available on play store ,you can also go to the app in play store directly from link Below:
